After the terrorist attacks in Paris, governors of many states have rejected to accept any refugees into their states. Michigan and Alabama have both stated that they will not be open to accepting any refugees because one of the Paris attackers was undercover as a refugee. Governors believe that accepting refugees puts the people of their states at high risks of Islamic Terrorism. Governor Bentley of Alabama says "As your governor, I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harms
way."
