Budget Deal

The senate voted 65-35 and approved a budget deal that would help to raise the US debt ceiling.  This was done in the hopes of preventing a government shutdown in the future.  18 republicans joined the democrats and sent it to get Obama's signature.  This also sets a budget for the government through 2017 with $80 million increase for military and domestic programs.
