Paul Ryan Sworn in as House Speaker

Paul Ryan has been sworn in as Speaker of the House, and being 45 years old this makes him the youngest man to ever be Speaker of the House.  He is also the most conservative Speaker that has ever been sworn in.  Ryan defeated democrat Nancy Pelosi on Thursday.  Ryan is the 62nd speaker in history, but the 54th person to to fill the office.
