No Charges for Officer

An officer in South Carolina faces no charges after shooting and killing 19 year old Zachary Hammond during a drug investigation.  The U.S. Justice department will continue to investigate the incident.  The officer was not charged with anything because his actions were considered those of self defense because Hammond was "trying to run over him".  Of coarse, though, the family will continue to fight it and believe his sons civil rights were violated.
